We need to rescue [[Rhydian Soltis]] who was snatched away. [[Thalios Iphi]], [[Lysara Toven]], and [[Brom Silvershade]] are here from the [[Synod Superus]]. [[Saint Rennick]] is here as well. The fancy door has words that say: - Flow, but do not drift - Stillness reveals the deepest waters. - Water remembers - Pressure reveals form - Know thy reflection, or drown in it - Hold what must not spill - Only the true will reach the Cradle ## In Session ### Only the True will reach the Cradle Cathedral like hall glowing with divine light. Center of the room is a pedestal and above it is a column of swirling water that The Tears of Hahinoa seem to be six large pieces of color-shifting sea-glass. There is a sphere of water that contains [[Rhydian Soltis]] and another that contains the [[Rhyss]]. They appear unconscious. The tears start to glow when we step in. The tears form a face. There are vaguely humanoid water elemental things forming. The spirit of the cradle says [[Rhydian Soltis]] needs to be protected. [[Rhyss]] was the first to notice “the balance was frayed” The [[Synod Superus]] are considered interloper by the Spirit of the Cradle. I think [[Rhydian Soltis]] is tied to [[Hahinoa]] and [[Rhyss]] is tied to [[Kalthor]]. ``` Combat Spirit of the cradle has resistance to non-magical damage. The puddles look like they are going to turn into water elementals. Bestial spirit stats: AC 14 HP 35 +6 1d8+7 Sea beast: HP 55 AC 15 +6 1d6+4 Notta did 145 points of damage in one attack. Spirit is bloodied. It did a thunder wave thing that knocked me unconscious. We defeated the spirit and freed Rhydian and Rhys. ``` L
