This spell only functions in the [[Astromundi Cluster]] as it pulls on the power of [[Firefall]]. Is generally only accessible to [[Antilan Empire|Sun Mages]]. If [[Antilan Empire|Antilans]] see a non-Antilan casting Sun-magic, it can lead to violence or be considered betrayal.
Spell may be weaker if cast too far outside [[The Golden Girdle]].

## Description
This spell envelops an opposing spelljamming vessel in flames that appear to erupt directly from [[Firefall]]. The effect is very brief but devastating. The spell will damage all the ship's rigging and sails. Non-wooden ships do not burn as readily as other types and will have only rigging or sails burnt by a casting of this spell, not both. External weapons will also be damaged, with a 1 in 6 chance that any such weapon is destroyed. Wooden ships may also burst into flame. On a roll of 1 or 2 on 1d6, the ship's hull and deck have caught fire and will suffer 2d6 points of damage per round and will suffer the appropriate deterioration of its air quality until sufficient crew members are dedicated to suppressing the flames.
The spell itself causes 12d6 points of damage to the vessel. Crew members on the ship take 4d6 points of fire damage, half if they succeed on the saving throw. Crew members who fail the saving throw are also stunned for 1d4 rounds.
Damage is halved if the spell is cast beyond The Golden Girdle.
