Uncomfortably near to the orbit of [[Dalmania]], [[Khalzan]] is the largest settlement of [[Lizard Men]] in Clusterspace. Little is known of the inhabitants because they refuse to allow other races to land here. Only the [[Neogi Empire|Neogi]] have come to any sort of trade agreement with the lizard men, and they peddle the strange arts and crafts of the [[Khalzan]] settlement. Type: Irregular, water Size: 290 miles Population: 49,000 Natural Resources: Water, some shadowstone, glowwood, meat, animals Imports: none Exports: Some finished crafts Seen From Orbit: From orbit, Khalzan looks like a wobbly sphere of water with chunks of silvery-black stone floating across its surface. There is no evidence of cities, though there may be a neogi craft or two skimming across the surface of the water. Closer examination reveals a number of ruined cities floating within the sphere of water, as well as a few crude dwellings scattered across the clumps of earth.
