The Eye of [[Vecna]] is a powerful artifact currently in the hands of [[Kress]]. It was removed from [[Vecna]] by Kas in the final confrontation in [[Wyepool]]. The things it gave [[Kress]] are: - Resistance to necrotic damage - walking speed increases by 10 feet - Creatures cannot take a short or long rest within 300 feet of you - You have vulnerability to all damage after attuning until you long rest 2d6 times.
