# Northern Temple of Syranita The Northern Temple of Syranita is a temple to [[Syranita]] near the peak of the [[Nortemount]] that secretly houses a portal to the [[Elemental Plane of Air]]. - A circular room, with windows all around, all of them open, with gusts of winds blowing around. - It is made of a beautiful white stone, with a warm light that comes from the ceiling which is enchanted to allow the light and view of the sky above to always show - Several Aarakocra are preparing a simple offering at the altar where a statue of the goddess [[Syranita]] stands - Below this main room is basement where their are quarters where people can rest - Above this room, accessible only by a very well hidden panel in the illusory ceiling is a second level - The second level has no ceiling, instead there is a massive portal 20 feet above your head that leads to the [[Elemental Plane of Air]] - This area is guarded by well armored Aarakocra paladins including [[Fax]] - There are also several clerics who seem prepared in case anything wayward comes from the portal - There are also three air elementals who help guard the portal, because the temple helps protect the elemental plane of air, as much as it helps protect the material plane ![[Northern Temple of Syranita.jpg]] ![[Northern Temple of Syranita Destroyed.jpg]]
